Join our Moms & Baby Play Club for a fun and stimulating learning experience for your little one.

At Lielies Club, we provide a calm and nurturing environment where your baby can thrive and develop essential skills while you connect with other moms and enjoy quality time together. Our experienced team has designed a program filled with engaging activities that promote sensory development, fine and gross motor skills, and language development.

Make sure to join our weekly play sessions and don’t miss out on all the fun stimulation and development activities. Join in on your baby’s age group play sessions 1-6, 7-12, 13-24, 25-36 months.
We cannot wait to meet you and your baby and would like to introduce you to all the family club members.

What to expect at the play session?

Our play sessions are filled with laughter, fun, coffee and topic discussions, we make time to invest in Mommy and in baby equally. We enjoy free play, planned development and stimulation activities and so much more for every age group.
We become Mom friends that grow together.

Little babies are born with millions of neurons, not yet developed at birth and show a few connections between them. When we play and stimulate babies the brain gains optimal function to develop those neurons, by repetitive activities and stimulation it strengthen’s the connections and makes them permanent.

Fine motor activities

It’s the development of fine small muscles in the baby or toddlers body. Example: Hands and feet. We focus on these activities to enhance the development of creating the foundation of important skills in the future for exaple: Reading, writing, drawing etc, we want the small muscles to become stong.

 

Auditory perception activities

The brain interprets and uses the information collected through the ears to analyse or make sense of the information taken in and received through the ears. It is important for the development of the following: Speech, language, learning reading and spelling. While we do the activities, we are busy trainning the ears to process sounds through to the brain.

 

Visual perception activities

It is the way the brain proseses information collected through the eyes. Why is it important? Good visual perception enables us to read successfully. Developing visual memory of things observed through the eyes. Developing good eye – hand coordination and visual information. Example: Colours objects, different distances activities.

 

Tactile, gustatory and olfactory perception activities

It is the process of receiving information in the brain through touch. Gustatory is refering to perceptions based on Taste. Olfactory Perception is refering to how the brain interprets information received via the nose=smells. Why is it important? Sensory perception is crucial to a healthy, mobile body. The nerves in your body are constantly sending you feedback about the world around you.

 

Gross motor skill activities

This is refering to the large muscles of the body. Gross motor skills can be developed from birth, beginning by the head control and from there all the other activities up until you are an adult. Major body movement like walking, maintaining balance, coordination, jumping, running, climbing and reaching.

 

Emotional and cultural activities

This refers to activities to develop personal and social development as well as the child’s ability to function relatively independently. Emotions help define one’s individuality. It plays an important role in a child’s life through the influence they have on personality and social adaption. Why is it important? To be well balanced emotionally and learning to control emotions.
