Regarding the payment system, the privacy and data protection and other related items mentioned above. I fully understand and accept / consent to this information as binding upon me. I also declare that I fully understand that Lielies Club shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury of whatever nature whether consequential or otherwise however caused, whilst attending or participating in play sessions. I declare that my vehicle and its contents are parked at my own risk whilst attending the play session.
General
1. No photos may be taken, shared of other babies without the parents consent. Ensure to first kindly ask permission.
2. Please do not take any of the items home that belongs to the Lielies club.
3. No smoking, drinking or eating is allowed in the playroom. Eating is allowed outside on the grass area or patio.
Health
1. If your baby or toddler is sick, had a fever or vomiting 12 hours before the play session, please do not attend the play session, we would kindly ask that participants are symptom free for at least 12 hours before your next play session. On request we can send you the activity to action at home so that you do not miss out on an activity.
2. Unfortunately no missed play sessions due to health can be made up,time and space limitation plays a role.
Safety
1. Please note that you enter the property at your own risk. Cars are parked at own risk, Lielies Club will not be liable for any car stolen or damaged whilst at the playgroup.
2. Please do not leave your baby or toddler alone at any given time while at the club or ask anyone else to look after the baby or toddler.
3. Lielies club is a safe environment for babies and toddlers our playroom / facility and activities are safe for our babies, please note that Lielies Club will not take responsibility for any injury that may accure during play session time of your baby or toddler, please be present all the time. 4. Lielies club will not take responsibility for any lost belongings.
Fees
1. After registration attendance and participation shall endure on an ongoing basis and will not be terminated upon the receipt of One month/four-weeks paid in advance written notice. Any notices/ cancellations must please be communicated in advance (one month) calendar notice to be submitted. If cancellation notice is received late there will be a cancellation fee charged.
2. A registration fee is payable per child upon registration and will be renewed yearly.
3. Fees are payable in advance for the month. A pro rata fee is applicable on first registration.
4. Fee's are payable in full per month in advance and cannot be apportioned for any sessions missed. (Including December & January).
Late Payment Policy
Monthly fees are due on or before the 1st of each month, to allow us to plan activities, and resources in advance to ensure everyone benefit from the full planned programme. Timely payment is essential for the smooth running of the programme. Payments received after the 1st of the month will incur a late payment penalty of R100 In addition, if payment is not received by the 1st, the parent and child will forfeit attendance for that month’s sessions, even if payment is later made. Late payments cannot be credited toward future months or refunded. We appreciate your understanding that this policy ensures fairness to all families and allows Lielies Club to continue providing a high-quality, well-planned experience for all.
Sessions
1. Unfortunately no make up sessions will be held for missed sessions due to public holidays, December holidays, or Lielies being closed, no activities will be available, we will try our utmost best to make it up during the following play sessions.
2. Unfortunately no refunds are given for missed sessions due to public holidays and December holidays.
3. Regrettably siblings may not attend play sessions (exception for newborns & breastfed babies), days out of play sessions siblings are welcome.
4. Please try to be on time for your play session, if you arive late you may still continue to attend the play session for the remaining time left of the session.
Privacy Policy
Personal information and that of my child submitted only in respect of and limited to the registration, invoicing, attendance/ participation at/ in play sessions as reasonably necessary, such personal information shall be discarded after termination of the club membership unless required for any lawful reason including for audits, claim / dispute resolutions, etc.
